Templates for Hives
Whether for documentation purposes or creating wiki-like articles, The Hives feature is a powerful tool for your portal. However, if you need to create multiple hives in a similar format, this task can take more time than you anticipated.
The templates function on Hives eliminates repetitive work and allows you to implement a previously created template into a new Hive, saving a lot of time and effort.

How to create a new template
In this section you will find the instructions on how to create a new template from scratch.
Navigate to Hives section in a Pharmacy. You can create the template on the root level or in a Hive folder.
Click 'New Hive' button
Type in the name and description. Optionally, you can add a tag as well.
Set the sharing options and permissions
Toggle on the 'Set as template' option.
Click the 'Save' button and your template will be ready.
Please note that enabling the template toggle (step 5 above) is necessary to create a template. Existing Hives cannot be edited into a template.
How to implement a template into a Hive
Now that you created a template, you are ready to implement it to any new or existing Hives. Follow the instructions below to proceed;
Click the 'New Hive' button to create new hive or alternatively click the 'Edit' button on an existing hive
Click 'File' on the text editor toolbar
Select 'Load template' to open the list of existing templates
Select a template
Click 'Load' button to implement it into your Hive
Make any changes as necessary
Click the 'Save' button at the bottom to finish
Please remember that templates are shared only on the pharmacy level, similar to hives. This means that a template created in one pharmacy cannot be used in another pharmacy. You will have to create another template for other pharmacies if you wish to use it on multiple pharmacies.
