Copying Tasks Between Pharmacies

Every Pharmacy Administrator and Standard member within Pharmacy Hive groups has the capability to duplicate individual tasks, multiple tasks, or entire task categories from one pharmacy to another if they belong to multiple pharmacies. 

To Copy a Task or Multiple Tasks

• Navigate to the pharmacy and tasks area

• Upon navigating into the task area, select the tasks by clicking on them

• Click copy 

• Navigate to group you'd like to paste the task or tasks into

• Go into the Group's Task

• Clicks "Paste Tasks" (example of "Paste 3 Tasks" below)

• Organise where you'd like  

Copy a task category 

• Navigate to the group and tasks area

• Click on the right side of the task category bar on the 3 vertical dots to open the hidden drop-down

• Select "Copy"

• Navigate to group you'd like to paste the task category

• Go into the Group's Tasks

• Click the Paste option 

• Organise where you'd like
