Task Priorities

You can add a priority to a task to help manage your deadlines - see at a glance the most urgent tasks on your task list. This article will explain:

  • Types of priority

  • How to set a task priority

Types of priority

There are four task priorities to choose from:

  1. Urgent

  2. High

  3. Medium

  4. Low

Urgent and high tasks will be colour code with red upwards arrows. Low priority tasks will have a green downwards arrow next to them. No arrows will be shown if you set medium priority.

How to set a task priority

To set a task priority, click on a task from the task list or create a new task. Then simply set a priority, e.g. low/medium. Note that the priorities can be altered at any point in time by clicking into the edit option for a task. Once selected you will see the priority as a coloured arrow next to the task.
