Why am I getting a "generating preview, come back soon" message?

When Pharmacy Hive generates previews it takes anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to complete. This all depends on the size and complexity of the document. If Pharmacy Hive fails to generate a preview, then a message is displayed saying:

"In order to view this document, you need to download it"

If you've uploaded an unusual file type, Pharmacy Hive may not support the preview for that file and will unfortunately not be able to display a preview.
