Why can't I download my documents?
If you previously had the ability to download documents but are now facing issues, it is highly probable that revisions have been implemented to our user permissions framework. This adjustment empowers pharmacy administrators to opt for an updated QCPP file permissions configuration for their members, offering choices like View, Download & Share.
View - which means that members can only view the file.
View, Download, and Share - This means that members can view, download, or share the QCPP file with an external individual.
View and Edit - which means that members can do all of the above plus edit/upload a new version of the file.
View, Edit and Delete - which means that members can do all of the above, plus delete the QCPP file.
Administer - which means that members have the same rights as the pharmacy administrator for the file.
