Drink enough water to stay hydrated. at least 2 litres a day is recommended for adults
Consider incorporating omega-3 fatty acids into your diet to support tear production. This could be through diet or supplements

Manage Eyelid Hygiene and Avoid Eye Irritants
Clean your eyelids regularly if needed and avoid rubbing your eyes.
If you have sensitive skin or the skin is itchy or red, choose hypoallergenic eye products to minimize further irritation.
