Extra information about product side effects, dosages and risks, and discussed lifestyle choices that will help.
It is time to finalise the engagement.
If applicable, advise your patient of your pharmacy’s Loyalty Program.
Encourage them to use the products correctly and follow the lifestyle choices and referrals to other health professionals that you have recommended. You can also give them any relevant health information brochures; either physical or digital.
Invite them to come back and speak with you, if they have any questions or concerns in the future.
